What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated by the system based on the weight/volume ratio. Outside of Italy, they will be calculated from time to time and confirmation sent via email to the customer.

Shipping is free for orders over €89 for purchases made in Italy.

What are the shipping times?

Delivery times are usually 24 to 48 hours (for national deliveries), excluding holidays, and depend on the availability of the products in our warehouse. For delivery to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, one or two more days are usually needed.

Upon arrival of an order, an immediate check of availability will be made and, if some items are not immediately available, an email will be sent before shipping with a request for partial shipment authorization indicating the waiting times for the goods not available in stock.

Any delays in deliveries may occur due to force majeure and, in any case, will not be attributable to LALTRASTORIA®.
